Character Information
Dr. Anthony is an accomplished scientist on paper, but can let his crazy ideas get the better of him, leading to some less-than-ideal situations. Hailing from the city of Ridge, Alaska; Dr. Anthony completed his master's degree at the University of Alaska Ridge before transferring to three separate colleges to complete his doctorate, after his ideas were rejected by the first two for being too outlandish. He finally earned his doctorate in Peyton, Missouri, where he currently resides, and is currently under the employment of WMCT Global Industries, Inc., as a research assistant. His expertise lies in portal technology and theoretical physics, and he hopes to do more research about pocket universes in the future. He currently presides over Project Wormhole.
Queen Lydia is a statue given life to rule over the Kingdom of Circles, a sprawling eight-planet realm with three suns at its center. She is in charge of recycling and restoring energy through a mysterious process that involves wind turbines and careful coordination with the suns' current schedule. She was born when an asteroid hit the planet Albithica, which split the planet in half and separated it into two new bodies - Dorica, the golden one, and Giulia, the young one. The asteroid similarly broke apart, perfectly chiseling the stone, and sending it to the nearby planet Capitalia in the energy-infused form of Queen Lydia. In the First Harbinger Battle, Lydia conjured her magic to put a seal over the hole ripped in the Kingdom of Light, ensuring that if anything got out, there would be time to fight it back in. She enjoys spending time with her good friend Rockface, and walking through the palace gardens when she needs some space to think.
Rockface is a disco-beat jamming, fun-loving party animal with a penchant for small festive games. His favorite activity is having get-togethers with friends both old and new. Four Rockfaces were originally hand-built from the carved stones of the red planet Colossa, and were used as a symbol for festivity and merriment. On the 1000th anniversary of their carving, Queen Lydia gave the four faces shared life, giving Rockface his own consciousness and temple to go with it. The two of them remain great friends to this day.
King Ord is a fierce undefeated warrior, first gaining notoriety in a battle against the Harbinger several millennia ago, where his superiors were all killed. Ord, at this point only a Lieutenant from the small Linean village of Kiayyon, rallied the remaining troops behind him and coordinated with the other kingdoms, harnessing their collective power to banish the Harbinger back to the Forgotten Places. Immediately hailed as the savior of the Kingdom of Lines, he soon took on the title of King and began to rule. Though his temper can get the best of him at times, and his pride being his largest weakness, King Ord has ultimately never lost a battle. He's also a talented organist, and can often be found drawing out possible battle plans while enjoying a cup of fresh lava.
Queen Anati is an actress and singer, originally finding success performing in blockbuster movies. She comes from a small Wavean island called Porikama, where she performed on stage locally before finding her calling in cinema. She soon became the highest-paid actress in the Kingdom of Waves - as it so happens, for playing the then-reigning Queen in a biopic. After delving into activism later in her career, she found her positions to be very popular among the citizens of Uwakuwi, the main island in the Kingdom of Waves. She soon pursued a career in politics, and though she was democratically elected, the leader of the Kingdom of Waves is referred to as “King” or “Queen” in keeping with the old traditions of the monarchy. The youngest of the three leaders, and the only one to have not participated in the First Harbinger Battle, Anati was still instrumental in getting the Waves economy to where it is today - a bustling center for business and tourism, and a shining beacon of light in the universe.
Gwungolotencha'e, usually referred to as simply “Gungle”, is a friendly but mischievous Wind Spirit taking residence in the Large Volcano of Uwakuwi. His four faces all point to a different elemental source - red for the lava, yellow for gold, green for life, and blue for the sky. He is most in control of his ability when the blue eyes are looking forward, as his origin as a Wind Spirit makes the sky his primary source of power. Gungle chooses to rotate his head continuously to harness power from all sources so he is as powerful as possible in all areas. Gungle has been tasked with guarding a very important treasure. Anyone who tries to obtain it is put through a series of trials - first, a round of trivia to test their knowledge, and second, a dangerous maze to test their agility. If they make it through, they'll emerge in the Chamber of the Wind and be rewarded greatly.
The Harbinger is a being of pure dark energy, taking possession in the skeleton of a horse. It has no thoughts or emotions, it only acts on the primal instinct to destroy.
